Came to get lash lifts with me and my kid sister while I was visiting. She had never had one before. I've had many. Never one this bad. The 2 stars are for getting us in next day on short notice. Its too bad because this place seemed reputable, nice location and looks decent inside.

We arrived 10 minutes early. The lash artist wasn't there on time so we needed to go walk around for a few minutes. This was not a huge deal as long as the final result was good. But it wasn't, so this was worth noting also.

The artist seemed rushed, perhaps this was to fit us into her day but I would rather been told no one was available because I left with definitely the worst lift I've ever had. There's glue all over my eyelids that she didnt clean off. My photos are actually after getting a substantial amount off on my way home. My eyelashes are so crunchy right now. And yet somehow the tips of them didn't get dyed properly for how overprocessed they feel. Genuinely concerned they're just gonna break off later so I'll have to talk to my usual girl to see what she suggests to salvage. In addition, they are super clumped together which, who knew that could happen with lash lift?

The artist rushed out the front door before we had even finished paying and tipping her which sort of confirmed my idea that she was rushed or perhaps concerned I'd say something.

Idk the sylists name. All we were told was no water 24h after the lift. She spoke to us very little. Gave no care instructions or spoolies (which again its fine, I've done this many times) but just not what most people should experience if it's your first lash lift.

Ultimately I'm not local to Riverside it was more something for my kid sister who fortunately won't notice how bad it was. But I can't recommend anyone who wants a good lash lift to come here if this is their only tech. It sounded like the nail salon portion was popping off and doing well so maybe that's more their expertise.

I still of course paid and tipped because people got bills to pay but just not the place for lash lifts I'm afraid.

Edit day 2 - Moving this to 1 star after getting another look after 24h and getting them wet. Lots of visible dye was coming off after washing. Looks so much worse than my natural lashes I'm actually impressed like how do you even make my lashes go an opposite direction on one eye? Just not dyed at all? Just looks like normal eyelashes that maybe I slept on weird except i didnt. Ugh. What a waste of time and money.

I went in with a fill needed and got a beautiful set the nails I had on needed reshaping and filling my nail technician was Tanya she's great and does a professional job. I'm happy with my new nails and she fixed the uneven shape and I'm coming back i found my new nail shop.

This was my first time visiting this location. The nail tech was friendly and did a great job. The atmosphere was inviting and tranquil. I will be back with my daughter's in the future.
