I have been putting this review off for over a year, but since seeing other experiences, I have to share. The last time I even had my nails done was here and it scarred me so badly that I haven’t had my nails done. I was asked if I wanted a design or not for my full set and I said no, only to be paired with someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. Clumpy acrylic, bleeding cuticles, the works. I followed the owner from Bella Donna in Willow Glenn to here, only to find that more customers and lower value were the common theme. My full set was uneven and came off within a week. My gel pedicure peeled up within 5 days. I contacted the owner and never heard back after what I thought was a long standing relationship. I now trust no nail salons and do my nails at home.

I have been faithfully coming to this place for all of my manicure and pedicure needs for nearly 10 years. It is always clean and they sanitize everything. I personally love their deluxe pedicure and I get acrylics when I get a manicure. The staff is very friendly and they take their time, making sure they provide the most relaxing and professional experience. The color selection is plentiful, so you'll never run out of choices. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this place for years while living nearby and even though I moved out of San Jose a few years ago, I STILL am a loyal customer! Never have had an issue and the ladies here are always so friendly and welcoming. The shop is always clean as well. I’m terrible in making appointments and am a spur moment type of person and they are always accommodating. Thank you for giving such great customer service and keep up the excellent work! ❤️

I love going there for my pedicures, they have the friendliest and kind staff especially Trang. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have the most comfortable and nice experience possible. They also give the best massages which as an athlete it is very well needed. Definitely recommend!
